Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyashram Pratap Nagar celebrated the 77th Independence Day of our nation with great zeal and patriotic fervor. The event was graced by the presence of our honorable chief guest, Shri Rajendra Bhanawat, Chairman – School Managing Committee (SMC) along with Ms. Rekha Gupta, Additional Director, BVB – Jaipur Kendra. They were welcomed by the rhythmic tunes of the school band and the disciplined march of the NCC students.
The ceremony commenced with the flag hoisting of the tricolor by Shri Rajendra Bhanawat, a moment that symbolized the sacrifices and struggles of our freedom fighters. The chief guest then took to the podium and highlighted the importance of unity, diversity, and progress, urging the students to uphold the values that our forefathers fought for. His words resonated deeply, leaving the audience both motivated and reflective about their roles as responsible citizens of the country.
After the flag hoisting, the school’s annual magazine ‘Bhavan Dhara’ was unveiled, showcasing the creative and intellectual talents of the students. The students’ editorial board took the stage to share their insightful journey and experiences in bringing the publication to life.
The celebration continued with a vibrant cultural program that showcased the rich diversity of India’s artistic heritage. The small cultural program featured a variety of performances, including dance, mime, and songs, which enthralled the audience and captured the essence of our country’s cultural tapestry.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Shri Rajender Bhanawatji for gracing the occasion and to all participants for their spirited performances. Prasad was then distributed to all the attendees.
