School Infirmary

A Holistic Approach to Student Health and Wellness

The school infirmary is a cornerstone of student well-being, providing a professional yet nurturing environment for both routine and emergency care. As shown in the images, the facility is equipped with hospital-grade beds and fresh linens, ensuring a comfortable resting area. To alleviate student anxiety, the walls are decorated with cheerful, child-friendly decals that transform the medical setting into a welcoming space.

A key feature of this medical suite is the dedicated Isolation Room. This specialized area is essential for modern infection control, allowing staff to separate students displaying potentially contagious symptoms from the general population. This ensures a safe environment while providing a private space for close monitoring.

Furthermore, the school conducts Comprehensive Annual Medical Check-ups for all students. These check-ups include growth monitoring, vision and dental screenings, and general physical assessments. Detailed digital records are maintained at the infirmary’s workstation, allowing for long-term health tracking. With prominent First Aid instructional charts for emergency readiness and mobility aids like wheelchairs, the facility offers parents peace of mind that their child’s health is managed with the highest level of professionalism.

School Infirmary Guidelines

To ensure a safe and efficient environment, the following protocols are observed:

  • Hygiene First: All students and staff must use the hand sanitization stations upon entry.
  • Reporting: All visits, no matter how minor, are logged in the digital health record system.
  • Medication Policy: No medication is administered without prior parental consent and a valid prescription.
  • Isolation Protocol: Students with a fever or suspected contagious rash are moved to the Isolation Room immediately until pick-up.
